After struggling with plantar fasciitis and then a stress fracture, I had a running analysis done. After looking at the results, my doctor & physical therapist strongly encouraged my to change my running form so I wasn’t heel striking. Not an easy task! The PR1 Insoles give great feedback since sometimes it’s hard to tell for sure how much weight is distributed where on the foot. When I heel strike it lets me know. The more I use it, I’m more mindful and my form is significantly improved! I must also add, the customer service is absolutely top notch! Can’t give these enough stars!!

After just the first few uses of these insoles I notice a huge difference of shifting my weight onto my front foot when transferring over to other cleats without the insoles. It’s does the mental work for you, amazing!

This is a tremendous idea. Both of my boys play travel soccer and both tend to get caught flat footed. This product teaches my boys to be on their toes when moving on and off the ball.

We purchased 10 of these insoles to give them to our athletes who we consider our most chronic heel strikers. While it is up to the athlete to make the change in mechanics, these insoles most definitely provide INSTANT feedback to the athlete when overstriding. This in turn helps the athlete distinguish which part of the foot hits the ground first to make the adjustment! We love this product!

When my running performance stagnated I started using these insoles. I found that my gait needed improvement in ways I had never recognized before. After spending some time improving my mid-foot strike I can see progress in terms of endurance and knee pain. I'm thrilled with the results and recommend these to all the runners I know!

The PR1's have really been awesome to use during my sessions. I used these for soccer sessions and have nothing but great things to say about them! My favorite use of them has been seen during speed/agility, and dribbling activities. For each of these activities it shows when you are limiting form or making mistakes that would go unnoticed. This can be such a great tool to enhance my dribbling in soccer and I plan to keep using these in the future.

I have been running for about 25 years, so my form has been a certain way for a long time. I know that I overstride slightly and have worked on it on and off over the years. I found the insoles to be very helpful to figure out what I needed to do. It was interesting how just the slightest adjustment made me stop "clicking." When I would shorten my stride and focus on my knee drive up, things got much better.
This is such a simple but awesome product. I am anxious to have my daughter try my insoles as she is a very heavy striker. I coach high school cross country and I plan to show and mention these to some of my girls who have various form issues as a great way to fix some basic mechanics.

Has really helped me to work on my foot strike. Working it into my runs and looking forward to seeing the results.

Overall great, but could use more cushioning

I now realize how much I truly was heel striking. I am investing the time an effort to help correct my poor mechanics and I’ve been very prone to injury in the past so this is so helpful.

I bought this pair for myself and my varsity teammates to train it. We rotated it around for a bit and it usually ended up sticking with someone that needed it the most. Loved the product. Worked as intended. Only thing is the “click” could be a bit louder (not that bad overall).

When I first started using the PR1 insole, I wasn't a runner. I simply walked in them. As someone who has been dealing with knee problems for many years now, these insoles showed me just how much I had been compensating to avoid knee pain. These insoles do exactly what they claim they will do. They provide an auditory signal to let you know if you are heel striking. They work great.

After years of knee and back pain from running with bad form, I turned to Pareto. I can honestly say that I look forward to my runs again! The feedback from the PR1 reinforced good strides and decreased the number of poor ones. I'm no longer in pain and I feel like I can run forever. Simple, yet innovative - highly recommend for all the runners in your life!
